No monetary refunds are provided by Attar Kunj. Instead, we offer product replacement only in cases where:
- The product was damaged in transit.
- You received a wrong product (different fragrance or size).
In such cases, a replacement of the same product or equivalent product (if out of stock) will be arranged at no additional cost.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a replacement:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of damage (clear photos or videos of the product and packaging) must be provided.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable:
- Opened or partially used attar/perfume bottles
- Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales
- Gift cards, vouchers, or free items
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
6. Return Shipping
If your replacement request is approved:
- Attar Kunj will bear all return shipping costs.
- A courier pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
- You must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during return transit.

- Approved replacements will be shipped within 7–10 working days.
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative fragrance of similar value or a store credit.
