Due to the personal nature of attar and fragrance products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used attar bottles.
  • Products damaged after use.
  • Orders returned without original packaging.
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference issues.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
